Responsabilidades e atribuições

Overview:

Based in the Sao Paulo, you will be responsible for all Go-To-Market activities within Brazil and broadening to wider LATAM and Europe.

Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to align business needs with solutions. Seek opportunities and relationships that leverage our problem-solving capabilities.

As a Business Development Director, you have an operational and presentational mastery of the Cadastra story and offering to help advise clients about performance and digital marketing. Also draw up proposals and statements of work.

Generate top of funnel demand for Cadastra solutions with key brokers and corporate solutions groups in different markets and industries.

Develop and support outbound enterprise sales opportunities that lead to qualified pitches, signed global agreements, and conversion of new enterprise customers.

Support directors and account executives on client transactions within region.


Duties:

  • Achieve or exceed monthly quota of pipeline creation;
  • Build and lead a team based on account based business;
  • Continuously improve the quality of our go to market response & coaching the team to grow;
  • Manage high level conversations with C-Levels, CMO’s, Heads of E-commerce, and other business leaders in target and prospect accounts;
  • Develop targeted account list, outbound strategy, and marketing material to increase our enterprise pipeline;
  • Create and manage a partner directory within region to generate new opportunities for our teams;
  • Contribute to the Business Development hiring strategy, as well as lead interviews and provide feedback to prospective candidates;
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop market intelligence;
  • Manage activities and accounts within our CRM to efficiently input and track data;
  • Be a creative thinker who looks outside of the box to find solutions to meet growing sales targets and unlock creative partnerships.

Requisitos e qualificações

  • English speaker (Advanced);
  • Bachelor’s Degree;
  • Enterprise (B2B) sales experience and proven track record of success prospecting;
  • Advanced understanding of and experience in Performance and Digital Marketing Solutions;
  • Retail and E-commerce experience a must;
  • Experience using Marketing Automation platforms and CRM as Salesforce/Nimble;
  • Large experience recruiting and managing SDR, LDR and BDR teams;
  • Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit – Cadastra is growing incredibly quickly, meaning each employee will be given significant responsibility and autonomy. This will mean hard work, but will also mean much room for innovation in developing processes and/or programs that could benefit the company and create room for significant personal and career growth;
  • Exceptional organization skills and multitasking skills.

Contratação: CLT + comissão
